1) I have been sad for no reason but I always blamed PMS so I technically have a reason. Jonas has been sad without a reason too. I think it's the hormones that we have in our teenage years and since we're growing up in this corrupted society. We both said that it was because of puberty and because of hormones so it's not our fault. I think its also because of stress from school and having to keep up with expectations of society.
2) Yes it has because lending money in our time is perfectly normal as long as you pay the person back. Attitudes have changed since kids these days usually have money to lend or no money, but friends to borrow from. Back then I guess it was bad to let people borrow money for some reason, maybe because they were untrustworthy and that money was too valuable a thing to lend out to other people. Plus back then even though everything was super cheap, they thought it was expensive to them so its even more of a reason to try and save money.
3) I wouldn't really want to lend people money since there's always the factors of if they'll really pay you back or if they just take your money. I don't even like lending money to my friends so it doesn't matter how much power they have or how rich they are, I'm most likely going to keep my money to myself like the selfish person I am. Plus I don't have large amounts of money so I wouldn't even be able to loan out money to people.
4) I can see it blending well since relationships in the old days were always in conflict when religion and family got involved. Jonas said he wouldn't really expect the topics to blend as well, and although I can agree with his statement, I can see the blend. Most sappy love stories have a huge problem and in the older movies and stories it always has something to do with the fact that people don't approve and its the two against the world.
